GENERAL RANKS

All advancement in the ranks is based on an individual and their contribution to the organization, there is no exact timetable.

Membership is a privilege, not a right.

The following consists of both community and club ranks.

Community-based ranks refer to members who join the overall organization but who are not a part of any official clubs like the “Trail Warriors Outlaw Gang” on Red Dead and “Trail Warriors Motorcycle Club” on GTA (all other ranks after Community Member are club-based ranks).

All of the club-based ranks found in section II. CLUB RANKS are universally applied to members across both the outlaw gang and motorcycle club as they are earned, so for example if someone earns Full / Patched Membership in the Red Dead outlaw gang it would also apply to the GTA MC (and vice versa).

I. COMMUNITY RANKS (BASIC MEMBERSHIP)

DROPDOWN ARROW

COMMUNITY MEMBER

  • Community Members and all equivalent names assigned to this rank (listed below) are considered casual gamers who are not a part of the official clubs (the MC or outlaw gang).
  • They are not expected to follow any activity requirements that the organization sets for the official club area, however they should at least maintain some form of contact / friendship with other members in order to remain in the organization.
  • They should review the basic code of conduct and understand the 3 strike system.
  • They have no vote in matters pertaining to the club areas of the organization but can vote in overall community matters.
  • They are not expected to attend any community events nor indicate if they cannot, and may not attend events that are considered exclusive to the official motorcycle club or outlaw gang (unless told otherwise).
  • Any Community Members who have an interest in the official clubs on Red Dead and/or GTA should try to stand out from the crowd to receive a chance to become a Prospect.
DROPDOWN ARROW

HANGAROUND

  • An alternate / slang term for a Community Member that is considered equivalent to the above rank title, oftentimes used to describe people who “hang around” with the motorcycle club on GTA before possibly becoming a Prospect.
  • This term can also be used to describe Community Members who spend time with the outlaw gang on Red Dead.
DROPDOWN ARROW

MC SUPPORTER

  • This is another rank status / term considered equivalent to that of a Community Member / Hangaround, but is only used in the context of the motorcycle club on GTA.
  • Community Members / Hangarounds can adopt this title if they wish to emphasize their specific interest in the GTA MC before possibly becoming a Prospect.
  • Community Members / Hangarounds interested in the GTA MC can decide to join the related support crew on Rockstar Games’ Social Club page (official support crew coming soon, look out for the link here).
  • It is not mandatory for a Community Member who is interested in joining the MC to join this crew, but if they are hopeful to become an MC Prospect then it would be recommended they join it.
DROPDOWN ARROW

COMMUNITY OFFICER

  • A leader of the overall community who also holds a specific Club Officer position.

II. CLUB RANKS

DROPDOWN ARROW

PROSPECT (INTERMEDIATE MEMBERSHIP)

  • Prospects are selected and managed by the sponsorship system (see below).
  • They are expected to be active at least twice a week and should indicate if they cannot.
  • They have little voting rights in matters pertaining to the community and club but suggestions are of value.
  • They are expected to attend official club events and should indicate if they cannot.
  • They should review the rule list and all other club information made available in important Discord info channels and be capable of correctly answering questions relating to it.
  • Prospects who cannot maintain enough activity will be moved back down to Community Member (everybody is given up to 3 chances to Prospect for the official club).
DROPDOWN ARROW

PROSPECT SPONSORSHIP SYSTEM

  • Any Community Member who wishes to become a Prospect on their path to Full / Patched Membership in the official club will have to move through the sponsorship system.
  • Patched Members and Officers select interested Community Members to sponsor as Prospects who they feel would make a good addition to one or both of the club areas, taking the new Prospect(s) under their wing, educating, representing and leading them through club experiences.
  • Patched Members and Officers behaving as Sponsors are basically meant to act as a Prospect’s personal guide in their time playing with the club, helping to answer any questions they have, checking their club event attendance, communicating any issues to other Patched Members and Officers, etc.
  • Sponsors who feel that their Prospects are ready to graduate will call for a vote among their fellow Patched Members and Officers to officially bring them into a club as a Full / Patched Member themselves (the vote must be a majority in the Prospect’s favor).
  • There is no definable timetable for Prospects in the sponsorship system since their graduation to Full / Patched Member is all dependent on their individual contribution and involvement with the clubs.
  • Patched Members and Officers can only sponsor up to 3 Prospects at a time and must have been a Patched Member for at least 6 months to be eligible as a Sponsor in the first place.
  • Any Sponsors who run into circumstances that render them unavailable to their Prospects for more than a month will be reassigned to someone else.
DROPDOWN ARROW

PATCHED MEMBER (ADVANCED MEMBERSHIP)

  • Patched Members are expected to be active at least twice a week and should indicate if they cannot.
  • They have near full voting rights in matters pertaining to the community and club.
  • They are expected to attend events and should indicate if they cannot.
  • They should review and help enforce the rule list and all other official information made available in important Discord info channels.
  • They may hold a non-Officer role which will allow them to execute a specific list of responsibilities without leadership commitments.
DROPDOWN ARROW

OFFICER (LEADERSHIP)

  • Officers are expected to be active at least twice a week and should indicate if they cannot.
  • They have full voting rights in matters pertaining to the community and club.

  • They should review and help enforce / amend the rule list and all other official information made available in important Discord info channels.
DROPDOWN ARROW

HONORARY MEMBER (INACTIVE ADVANCED MEMBERSHIP)

  • Honorary Member is a special status given only to Patched Members that go inactive for too long, while an Officer would be moved to Patched Member in order to apply this status.
  • They are not expected to be active at least twice a week but should maintain some form of contact / friendship with other members (overall there are less expectations for communication than basic Community Members).
  • They have voting rights in matters pertaining to the community and club but are immensely limited by their decreased knowledge of day-to-day operations.
  • They are not expected to attend events nor indicate if they cannot.
  • They are not expected to review the rule list nor any other official information made available in Discord important info channels since they are trusted members, but should maintain a basic understanding of the required conduct.

OFFICER ROLES AND RANKINGS
